Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb boneless chicken wings, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil spray or a light drizzle for pan-searing

Instructions

  4. Divide the seasoned chicken wings evenly between the tortillas and top with shredded mozzarella and Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese.
