  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups gumdrops, cut in halves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. Melt the Base Ingredients: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the unsalted butter and white chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla Extract: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in Gumdrops: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and halved gumdrops.
  5. Transfer to Baking Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Let It Set: Allow to set at room temperature for about 2 hours or refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  7. Cut into Squares: Lift the nougat out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
